The Ultimate Flaw of MyFursona

See, I haven't been hanging around in the forums in awhile, so people might have already brought this up and the MyF team might already be working on this. The ultimate flaw of this 'networking' website appears to be a lack of notification system informing its users when someone has replied to a comment, given a new comment (save for on the front page), any of the users we're watching has posted a journal or artwork and there is no PM system in place... some everything said to anyone is out in the open for anyone else to see.

Basically, a whole lot of 'net' and not whole lot of 'working'.

I'm not trying to dump on MyF because I personally support the idea/ vision behind this website with much gusto. I stand by everything I said when I first came here and in the journal posted off site in which I encouraged (with much success) many people to come here. It's just without any notification system the functionality of this website seems to fail.

That's not good. =(

    I get the feeling that things will just get bigger and better over time. The guys who make this site are obviously familiar with other such places - so surely these things will be implemented. :)

    Search enabled, all high priority bugs fixed.

    Quick update... Just as the title says, all the big bugs are fixed (as far as I can tell) and search has been re-enabled.

    Expect the PM system among other things soon.

    this is true, no notification system (plus the lack of excitement when you get "you go __ new messages") is not good.

    I'm there with you. I think its being discussed... but yeah, its still a fairly new site ^.^ flaws will be had but at least its not crashing every 30 seconds like some sites *cough hack*
