Awesomesauce! There are two sites that I've been using for a while now that I'm going to plug and explain:
Goozex, a really cool game trading site I've been using that uses a rather novel internal currency system, is offering a free game for signing up -- the link is here: http://www.goozex.com/trading/asp/join.asp?idr=52029861911 (And I would appreciate it if you signed up on this link, as it gets me a free 100 points, too!).
Games cost anywhere from 100-1000 points and span DC/PSX/GBA up to the current generation, and so far I've managed to use it to get rid of some new releases I've been dissatisfied with for full value retail value (Mario and Sonic, for example, for 1000 points -- 100 points are worth roughly $5) as well as thoroughly liquidate a massive box of disc-only PSX games for 100 points each. When shipping out a game, you're liable only for the cost of shipping (chump change, about $1-2), and when receiving a game, all you need are points enough to cover the cost of it and a trade credit (trade credits are only a buck apiece). It also has a nice, passive, set-it-and-forget-it system where you enter what you have and what you want, and you're notified when a game is being requested from you or will be arriving to you!
So far, I've received:
Culdcept Saga (360)
Lost Planet Collector's Edition (360)
Star Fox Command (DS)
Mario Strikers Charged (Wii)
Golden Sun (GBA)
Jade Empire Limited Edition (Xbox)
Gunstar Super Heroes (GBA)
Guitar Hero with Controller (PS2)
Super Dodgeball Advance (GBA)
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time (GC)
Midway's Greatest Arcade Hits (GBA)
Fable (Xbox)
Guitar Hero II (360)
Panzer Dragoon Orta (Xbox)
Shining Force Exa (PS2)
Radiata Stories (PS2)
Skies of Arcadia Legends (GC)
Star Ocean: The Second Story (PSX)
Silent Hill (PSX)
Killer 7 (GC)
Dino Master (DS)
dot.Hack Outbreak vol. 3 (PS2)
Drakengard (PS2)
Destroy All Humans (PS2)
DragonballZ Bukodai Tenchai 2 (Wii)
Lunar Dragon Song (DS)
Sonic Rush (DS)
.Hack Mutation vol. 2 (PS2)
Tales of Symphonia (GC)
Killer 7 (PS2)
Dark Cloud (PS2)
And the games that I've sent out? About 26 of them were PSX games worth 100 points each, a handful were slightly better but not particularly rare PSX games (Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid) -- most of these were all disc-only. And a handful of 400-600 point PS2, GC, and 360 games that I either picked up very cheap or on clearance. I've shipped out 42 games and recieved 31 games of a much higher calibre -- Goozex is epic, give it a try and get a free game!
An additional little site I'd like to introduce you to is http://www.yourfree360games.com/index.php?ref=241898 -- also epic, sign up for two trial offers (which primarily cost about $2-4 apiece) and get a free Xbox 360 game. The awesome part is that this includes everything from 1-year Live cards to new releases to expensive sets like the Rock Band Drums or even the $100 Guitar Hero III bundle. Stamps.com is free and many offers, like Quickbooks Pro and eauction tutor, average at about $3...so the cost ends up being about $3 for a $100 game-and-controller bundle, or Call of Duty 4 GOTY Edition (they just added this, along with GTAIV and other upcoming releases), or anything else for the system. I ended up completing eAuction Tutor, Chuck Mellaney Teaches eBay, Google SEO, Yahoo! Success Center, and a few others, and ended up with three Guitar Hero III bundles (kept two guitars and one game, sold/Goozexed the extra bundle and game, respectively) as well as Mass Effect!
Most of them do require credit cards; I haven't had any problems with security, but a neat trick is to use the PayPal Debit Card generator in the PayPal Plug-In to create one-time-use CC#s for each site. This gives you a little bit of insurance in the event that you forget to cancel your trial, as the card cannot be charged beyond the one-time $3 cost of the offer. I also recommend using a Gmail account specifically for this to both keep everything organized and to avoid spam.
If anyone has any questions about either of these, I've been using them for a while now -- fire away!
