All information, images, texts, data and other materials placed on this website (the "Content") is provided through MyFursona and related websites ("Domains") - www.myfursona.com, www.myfursona.net, www.myfursona.org. This Service is provided free of charge on an "as is" basis.
In using this Service, you (the "User") agree fully to these Terms of Service and all rules and guidelines defined by the Service and Submissions Policy. The Terms of Service and Submissions Policy are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Use of the Service after any changes occur to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of any and all changes to the Terms. Users have the right to terminate this contract at any time.
Disagreement with the current Terms or any future revisions to the Terms will be considered a termination of this contract, continued use of the Service after any disagreement with the Terms will be considered acceptance of the Terms. Any and all changes made to the Terms of Service are retroactive.
Disclaimers
MyFursona contains artistic works which may not be suitable for an audience under the age of 18, by enabling the viewing of mature content you agree that you are at least 18 years of age and that your birthdate is both factual and accurate. MyFursona is not responsible for any concequences resulting from the intentional falsification of data relating to age and/or date of birth.
You agree that you take full responsibility and liability for any and all actions while using the Service and that the Staff and Administration of the Service are in no way responsible for any wilful action made by any User. "Action" is defined as the willing transfer from the User's ISP and the MyFursona Domains and vice-versa, as outlined in the Terms of Service.
If you have visited this Service unintentionally and/or disagree with the Terms of Service then you agree to immediately cease use of the Service and will not make any further Actions whilst present on the Service.
MyFursona is not responsible for the actions and views of it's Users, nor do these actions or views represent those of the MyFursona Users, Administration or Staff. This includes all expressions, comments, journals and/or media Content that is uploaded to webspace belonging to the Service by Users at www.myfursona.com, www.myfursona.net, and www.myfursona.org.
Our Rights
The MyFursona Administrators and Staff reserve the right to:
· Remove or change any and all submissions found to not to comply with the Terms of Service and/or Submission Policy. This includes image descriptions, ratings, tags, titles and other attributed information.
· Suspend or ban a User to protect the interests of the Users, Terms of Service and Submission Policy.
· To monitor user information and activity; including submissions, comments and/or journals and to properly investigate possible cases of illegal activity in State, Federal or International Law - as well as to further protect the interests of Users, the Terms of Service and Submission Policy of the Service.
· Divulge any user information to recognised legal authorities.
Registration and User Information
Upon registration you agree that the information you provide is accurate, correct and complete. You will also ensure that this information will be kept up-to-date and accurate for the lifetime of your membership. Failure to keep information up to date is in violation of the Terms of Service. This rule is particularly important with concerns to the Users email address - as this may be used to validate user information as well as for security purposes. Keeping your email address up-to-date is also the primary verification in recovering any lost passwords for the MyFursona service. MyFursona takes no responsibility for takes no responsibility for accounts lost due to inaccurate or false information, compromised security or User neglect.
Falsification of information provided to the Service may result in termination of your membership without prior warning.

MyFursona allows the submission of visual artworks so long as the submission comply with the Terms and Submissions Policy.
Copyright
All artwork found on MyFursona is considered to be copyright of the submitting user unless otherwise stated by said user. Submissions are bound by the Terms described in this document and the Submissions Policy. By clicking the "Submit" button on the image submissions page, you, the User, agree to all the conditions listed in the Terms.
The MyFursona name, code, graphics and mascot (Orson) are the sole copyright of MyFursona unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute and/or display graphics or works belong to the Service unless express permission has been granted. When the name "MyFursona" is used as a legal term, it should be representative of the name "Kevin J Breslin" as MyFursona is not a registered business. Kevin J Breslin is the owner and leading administrator of the MyFursona website.
Code of Conduct
By registering to this Service you agree to respect the rights, interests and opinions of the Staff and Users of the MyFursona community. These rights are enforced by the MyFursona Administrators and Staff.
Upon registering you agree to not intentionally harass, disrupt or partake in slanderous doings against any User or Staff of the Service. In regards to this, you agree to not intentionally allow another User to come to be harassed, disrupted and/or slandered. You agree to obey the requests and guidelines laid down by the Administration, provided that these do not lead to another user being harassed, disrupted and/or slandered against. You and all other Users are granted the right to defend personal interests and opinions, provided that they comply with Administration requests and do not lead to any User being harassed, disrupted and/or slandered.
If you see any harassment, disruption or slanderous materials being posted in any form (visual art, blog entries or comments) you are obliged to report them to a member of the Administration or Staff.
We do not tolerate bigotry. Bigotry is defined as including but not being limited to racist slurs, anti-Semitic insults and/or other derogatory remarks regarding philosophies, religions, beliefs, sexuality, race, gender or association.
Users agree that they will not partake in behaviour considered disruptive on the Service or any Domain relating to the Service. "Disruptive" behaviour includes, but is not limited to, conduct that purposefully interrupts the normal flow of website use.
You agree to not exploit bugs, undocumented features, design errors or other problems concerning MyFursona. In extension, you agree to report all bugs to the Administration and Staff. MyFursona holds no guarantees that these fixes will be made in a timely manner, due to MyFursona being run entirely by voluntary Staff.
Enforcement Policy
The MyFursona Administration and Staff reserve the right to uphold the policies set forth in the Terms of Service and Submissions Agreement in order to protect the interests of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, art theft, identity theft, harassment, defacement, piracy and other illegal activities.
MyFursona is committed to fair use and equal treatment of all Users. Suspected violations of the Terms of Service and/or Submissions Agreement will be investigated fully before action is taken. Users are expected to follow all reasonable requests made by Administration or Staff within the boundaries of the Domains. All international and intellectual property laws apply on MyFursona and related Services. Violation of these laws may result in civil fines and/or imprisonment, depending on the law of your individual country. We shall enforce the rules of the Service against all violations of the Terms and Submissions Agreement.
Users found to be in violation of the Terms of Service will have action taken against their account to rectify and/or remove the violation. This includes but is not limited to removal or editing of submissions and/or suspension or termination of membership from the Service. Repeated violations of the Terms will result in the permanent suspension of rights to use the Service.
Privacy Policy
MyFursona is committed to safeguarding the data and information provided by the User to the MyFursona Service. We will never use, share or distribute information provided to the Service except for uses described within the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify and/or revise the privacy policy without prior notification.
The Administration and Staff will NEVER ask you for your password. Do not give your password to anyone. It is your own responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your account information and accept that any harm, loss or modification of Content from the voluntary distribution of your account information is your own responsibility. MyFursona is not responsible for any loss, damage or distress caused by your actions.
However, MyFursona will attempt to recover lost Content as a result of an account breach, but is under no obligation to do so; nor guarantees that any attempt will be successful.

MyFursona and related Services reserve the right to collect information regarding your account using the following methods:
By registering an account on MyFursona, you willingly submit personal information regarding your identity; this information is verified for accuracy whenever possible.
MyFursona, the Administrators and Staff are not responsible for inaccurate information being submitted to the Service. We reserve the right to terminate User accounts on the basis of fraudulent information being submitted.
We reserve the right to use any information and/or data voluntarily submitted to the Service in order to further improve the usage of the MyFursona site and Services provided by MyFursona and related Services. This information will not be made public and is used purely to benefit the site. User data, email addresses and information submitted will be retained by MyFursona and not be resold and/or distributed to an external organization, except in cases stated below.
MyFursona reserves the right to display your information on your profile and/or submissions. Information shown on these pages is considered as being public. Sensitive information, including but not limited to your password, are private and are not displayed publicly.
MyFursona reserves the right to disclose personal information with third parties if such action is considered necessary to:
(i) conform with the requirement to the full extent of the law, both international and local;
(ii) comply with legal processes served upon MyFursona, it's Administrators, Staff and/or related Services;
(iii) protect or defend our legal rights, property - both intellectual and physical, the MyFursona Service, related Services, our Users or copyright.
(iv) take action regarding illegal activities, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, threats and/or situations potentially risking the physical safety of the Services' Users and/or their property.
Monitoring Content
MyFursona does not have the ability, nor is under the obligation to, control Content during transmission to and from the Service. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all Content, information and data that you willingly upload and transmit to the Service. Information and content found to be in violation of the Terms of Service and/or Submissions Agreement may be removed at any time without prior warning.
Service Availability
MyFursona aims to maintain maximum possible uptime for the Service, however you acknowledge that this will not always be possible. MyFursona and related Service is provided on an "as is" basis, and reserves the right to modify, suspend and/or discontinue the Service or any feature of the Service without prior notice.
You agree that MyFursona will not be liable for any modification, suspension or loss resulting from the discontinuation or unavailability of the Service.
Storage Policy
MyFursona provides free online storage of Content uploaded by registered Users of the Service. You acknowledge and agree that the Service may change this policy without prior notice.
MyFursona reserves the right to modify and/or establish limits on accounts concerning the usage of the Service; including but not limited to upload limits and/or data storage quotas.
Any changes made to the Service will be announced in such a manner that the community as a whole are aware of the changes made.
