Aside from having posted/distributed 104 flyers for the Auraria Furmeet [next Friday the 21st from 2-5 pm in the Tivoli Food Atrium/Food Court] today, I have another reason to celebrate.
Exactly one year ago at the UCD Counseling Center I signed a Life Pledge, promising to contact four people (Mom, Earl, Tom & Bryce) if I ever again try to harm myself.
To this day I have not needed to do that! Praise YHWH! =D
Oh, and last night Mom asked me about my WikiFur page because she Googled my fur name, saw said page, and asked what the heck expansion and inflation were. Then I had to tell her for the second time all about my growth obsession. Fuuuuunn.

My name's Ian. I'm a ridiculously skinny Christian guy, born and raised in Colorado. My fursona is a day gecko, genus Phelsuma. No particular species, except for maybe the Gold Dust day gecko and the Madagascar. Just picture the GEICO gecko 5 feet tall with clothes and a nondescript American accent, and you've got Ian.
Jesus is my life. Without Him I can do nothing. He is my everything! I do NOT claim to be perfect, because I'm not; I my own problems, struggles and hang-ups. Yet Jesus died on the cross for my sins AND for yours so that we would not have to suffer eternal separation from Him. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Eternal Counselor, Wonderful, Prince of Peace, Savior, Redeemer, Friend. As for me, I'm not a preacher. I'm just trying to be a good Christian example to people.
Music, poetry, theatre, improv. All art rocks my socks. I'm a theatre major at CU-Denver right now, and it's going pretty well. Riding the light rail back & forth is only a pain if I have a really late night; so it's cool.
I'm an affectionate, passionate guy. I don't mind hugging, scritching, or loosely cuddling another dude, but I don't do anything sexual. That's reserved for the lady-types. Specifically my future wife.
