New Blog! =D

Well, heh... College hasn't quite killed me yet. Got to make it home to do Thanksgiving at my grandparents' house, meet up with a friend for a bit, though after a long history of her blowing me off at the last second, I decided to do the same to her. And it felt good! =D
And there's a lot to say about other things... Okay, so I tried dating twice, but both times ended up not ending up anywhere. The first time, because the guy was a complete idiot, and an asshole. He joked about things that were NOT okay to joke about. He wouldn't shut up, ever, especially about stupid fucking things, like XBOX games and all of that. Granted, XBOX is cool and all, I've got one of my own, but there's more to the world than talking about that shit. Also, he came to spend a weekend with me, and silly me for wanting to go out and do things, because he seemed to simply want to just stay in and get online, something he doesn't do enough at home, apparently.
The next attempt was with someone considerably nicer, but someone I wouldn't be able to see for the next two months, so... Oh, and he's a little wary of getting in relationships. Me, I'm... Well... If you know me, chances are that you probably already know, so there's no reason to really elaborate on that one. >_> Not used to relationships, let's say, because of... Other, easier ways to go about doing things. Well, upon finding out that he wasn't willing to start something new, I was a little upset and went on a sort of anger-fuelled rant about how I didn't go to stay with him to add a fucking number, etc. etc. Then I got to thinking about it and saw his point, but... *shrugs*
So now then...
Well, came home for Thanksgiving, ended up telling my mom a lot about myself, including about some of the (many) people I've been with to have her jokingly call me a slut and buy me condoms. ^^; I also told her about being a furry because of a necklace-turned-bracelet styled as a gryphon given to me by a former boyfriend/mate, and I started to explain it, and as soon as I mentioned people getting together to have sex in fursuits, she said, "Oh, that's called yiffing!" That got me laughing for a good few minutes. Turns out that my cousin may or may not be a fur, as one of his e-mail addresses is something about "yiffy kangaroo."
And as for the rest of it, well... Got to meet up with Vlad last night/yesterday afternoon, and that was... Nice, if a little short. We sat together and watched a movie called Mysterious Skin, slightly ironically, considering... Well, me. >_>; If you're familiar with either the movie or with me, you'll understand. Though, granted, I don't quite get paid for doing what I do, but... Well, if that didn't explain it all, I'll be damned.
Vlad and I got to hang for a bit after that, and after going to dinner at The Olive Garden, and he kinda' reminded me what it was like to be kissed (very, very few people seem to know how to... or maybe they're getting it right and Vlad and I have it wrong, but... if that's the case, fuck that, fuck it completely, 'cause I like how he kisses). We laid together on my bed and, as I told him, it was the most at home I'd felt in forever, despite being home. I mean, if you ask me, after being away for so long, "home" has lost its meaning. And with him, I felt where I belonged, and after four or five months of bullshit and fucking around and fucking up, well... Being "home," feeling at home with him felt nice.
