Vacation Hiatus

I was just getting the hang of this place, and now I'll be gone for a week to see my mate. Don't worry, I'll be back as soon as the trip is over, but quality time with ~Kirakia takes priority. Wish me luck on all of the last minute preparations. ^_^;

I am an outgoing, intelligent and playful dragon currently finishing up my last year of high school and working on film directing. I experiment with film scores, cinematography, and script writing...and of course, advice is always welcome!

    Heya. The best advice I can give you about filmmaking is to do it. Now, keep in mind that I haven't even begun film school yet (which is probably a good idea too), but I'm going in there with a lot of knowledge about how movies are made, at least from a theoretical, small-scale point of view, because I've done it with my friends.

    I can give you more specific tips if there's an aspect you'd like to know more about, though. After film school I'll be even more knowledgeable.

    One last thing: do not even think about going into the current Hollywood system. It is dying. I guarantee you that in ten years, the industry will be relying much more on independent filmmakers than corporate studios alone.
