Panic!

Today was... um... interesting. I ended up spiraling into a deep depressive panicked state a few hours back, and just recovered a little bit ago. I even had nasty little voices pestering at me. Yuck. Oh, right.. I should explain... I have schizo-affective disorder. I usually don't mention it much since I try not to let it define who I am, but today it got really out of control. Something triggered it and I was hysterical for almost an hour and then unresponsive for at least another hour afterwords. I was too afraid to tell anyone else what was going on because I didn't want to admit how panicked I was. People tend to freak out when I mention that I'm hearing voices, usually because the voices don't tell me anything good.

But I guess I'm better for now. Not sure why I felt like sharing this. I guess I'm just tired of hiding.

I like

my mate first and foremost, for without her, I wouldn't have had the courage to join sites like this one. Music and video games take up most of my free time while the rest of it is spent drawing or writing. I also like computers and web design and the like.

I listen

to a lot of different kinds of music including just about everything but classical, rap, and old-fashioned country. My favorite of the moment is Basshunter. Some other favorites include; Green Day, Tsunami Bomb, A Perfect Circle and so on.

I watch

not all that much actually. I don't like watching TV, most shows don't interest me. I find them either too stupid or too serious.

I used to be an avid anime fan, mostly yaoi shows along with Yu Yu Hakusho, Inuyasha, Pokemon, Digimon, and others.

I play

lots of video games. My favorites include; Disgaea, Harvest Moon, Digimon world series and the DS games, and most all of the Pokemon games except for Ranger, never got to play that one.

I also play other games like Magic the Gathering.

I read

fantasy and manga mostly. My favorite book of the moment is the Twilight series. I also really liked the Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter.

My manga favorites are just about the same as my anime favorites.

    Why, thank you. ^.^ I am feeling a little better, things should calm down a bit, especially when I'm done with Driver's Ed, which should be by next Tuesday, Wednesday area. I still have to go driving with the instructor, but that's only once every 2-3 weeks and only for an hour. Reading your blog, I hope you are feeling better as well?

    Stress isn't good... and when there's a lot of stuff going on plus stress from drama, friends, homework and other stuff, everything just kinda builds up inside of me and eventually I explode and just freak out and start crying. Usually I go to my room where nobody will bother me about it, but I've been known to just break down into tears in front of people.
