My name is Wayah, a fun loving Wolf based in Columbus, Ohio. I currently live here with my Boyfriend and fellow fur, a Shiba Inu named Wolffine. We met at FWA in 2007 and as of March 2008, have been together for one year. I have been an active member of the furry fandom since I went to my first furry event at Cocoa Beach in 2005. For those of you that do not know, “Wayah” means Wolf in Cherokee, and even though I am not Cherokee myself I agree with many beliefs of the Native American people. In short, I named my character Wayah to honor my father’s side of the family who are indeed Native Americans.

“Furry” means different things to many people, for me, it means a chance at meeting new people, forging new friendships, and making everyone’s day a little happier. This journal covers many things, my real life, my furry life, and everything in between.

Keep in mind that this is a place for me to share intellectual discussion, things that make me laugh, as well as every once in a while – Bitch and Moan!
